            Rates quoted are net, non-commissionable, subject to a 12% occupancy tax and include:

 

complimentary full cooked to order breakfast buffet every morning served in our Atrium from 6:00 am – 9:00 am Monday – Friday and 7:00 am – 10:30 am Saturday – Sunday

 

COMPLIMENTARY Manager’s Reception each evening from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m featuring name brand cocktails, beer and wine.

 

Schedule of Events/Meeting Requirements

 

Hospitality suite 1100 sq. ft beginning Friday, May 14, 2010 at 6pm until Sunday, May 16, at 5pm.  This Hospitality Suites would be complimentary if 50 rooms per contracted night are consumed. 

 

  Offered to you…

·         Transportation to and from DFW airport offered 24 hours a day and seven days a week,

·         Room rate is $134, however, our rate includes a daily hot breakfast buffet and night cocktail reception

·         One comp room for every fifty rooms consumed.

·         Buffet menu options that meet your $40 per person budget

·         We do not have outdoor space.  However, Grapevine Lake has great pavilions and it is only one mile away.

·         Ballroom space room rental waived with for the seated dinner on Saturday evening

·         One Complimentary Upgrade at group rate for VIP

·         Hilton Honors Meeting Planner Points awarded

 

At this time, space is available for your group, and will be held when a contract is requested.  To have the program and pricing outlined in this proposal tentatively held for you via a contract, please contact me on or before your option date of July 18, 2008.
